This modern property sleeps 6+2, with 3 bedrooms all located on the first floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with two double beds (2nd bed charged as an extra per person) and an en-suite bathroom. There is also an additional bathroom on the first floor and access to several balconies.

On the ground floor you’ll find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine, and 1 W.C. The living / dining room is bright and comfortable, with a view to the pool outside.

Sliding doors lead you to the outdoor area with table and chairs on the patio near the lounge and on the raised patio, both overlooking the pool. A built-in barbeque is available and sun loungers are provided for soaking up the sun between fresh dips in the pool.

Villa Antiqua is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a 10-minute walk from São Rafael beach. Other beautiful beaches like Gale, São Lourenço and Salgados, just to name a few, are located within a short distance. A variety of restaurants, bars and a supermarket are located within a 10-minute walk.

For a great family day out, there is also a choice of water parks, karting track and a zoo with mini golf. The nearest golf course is in Salgados, close to the nature reserve with pedestrian walkways and a lagoon.

The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.
