Villa Oliveira provides air conditioning (cooling and heating) and central heating in all rooms (optional extra).

This fantastic villa has 6 bedrooms spread across 3 levels, and plenty of space for the whole family. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), a bathroom and 2 lovely balconies with sea views.

On the lower level there are also 2 bedrooms (one spacious double and one twin), a bathroom, a secondary fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area, living area with comfortable sofas and TV and entertainment area with a snooker and football table. Outdoors, you can also find the stowable table tennis unit.

On the ground floor is the entrance to the villa and the remaining 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) which both have en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. There is also an additional W.C. The main living / dining room is spacious and comfortable with large sofas and dining table, and the main kitchen comes complete with a pantry for food storage and all the equipment necessary for home cooking.

Access to the large terrace is via the living room, kitchen or one of the bedrooms on the ground floor, where you’ll find an outdoor dining area and steps down to the fantastic pool and garden. The swimming pool is heatable as an optional extra and there are plenty of sun loungers on which to soak up the sun, as well as grassy areas for children to play. On one end of the garden you can find an additional covered outdoor dining space and barbeque and a fabulous jacuzzi (optional extra). The property is completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance area and an automatic gate leading to the parking facilities for several cars.

The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it’s just a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars, allowing for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pera are only an 8-minute walk down the road. Car hire is not necessary, just if you want to discover more of the Algarve. Should you wish to hire a car or bring your own, parking spaces are provided in the driveway.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
