This contemporary new villa has 5-bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds on the ground floor; 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds on the first floor. The first floor also has an outdoor sun deck with beautiful sea views.

On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a hob, oven, coffee machine, dishes and utensils, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster, as well as breakfast bar. The living / dining room is bright and comfortable, with direct access to the garden and pool area.

The swimming pool is heatable (as an optional extra) and plenty of sunbeds are provided for lounging in the sun. The outdoor dining area and barbeque allow for al fresco summer meals by the pool.

The property provides free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout, as well as private parking. A games room on the lower floor provides plenty of entertainment in a relaxed and comfy hangout area with ping-pong, pool and table football.

Villa Samana is located in the beach town of Galé, just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance, and a supermarket is just a 10 minute walk away.

Car hire is not necessary, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
